Refund policy
Due to the nature of the TCG market at this time, we cannot accept returns. If the wrong item(s) is/are sent or if the package arrives damaged, please contact us and we will remedy the problem.
For damaged packages, please record yourself opening the damaged shipping box and showing the damaged product inside, so we can be sure the item(s) came from our package.
Please note: we are not responsible for any manufacture defects to the packaging or contents this can include but is not limited too the following: Small rips to the plastic, dings on corners, scuffs to the plastic, or any other imperfections to the packaging material, the contents are packaged by the manufacture and any indiscretions is out of our control.
